The Leadership in Action provides gay male youth’s aged 13 – 19, with a safe space in which they can be themselves without fear of rejection. In this space they can explore their identities (sexuality, gender and otherwise). The goal at The Leadership in Action group is to strengthen and empower youth by providing the necessary tools to make informed decisions about their health and their lives overall. The approach is not one of blame, judgment or deficiency, instead we consider ourselves honored to have the opportunity to foster change.
